A distinguished scholar, Professor Kathryn Pavlovich from the University of Waikato – New Zealand shares her insights about Qualitative Research Designs. This workshop is conducted by the organizing committee of the International Conference of Business and Information (ICBI) 2022. Professor Kathryn is a past Chair of the Management, Spirituality and Religion Interest Group of the Academy of Management; editor-in-chief of the Journal of Management, Spirituality and Religion, a former associate editor for the Journal of Management Education; and currently on the editorial board of the Academy of Management Perspectives, Academy of Management Learning and Education, Journal of Business Ethics and the Journal of Management Education.
